DMCA / Copyright Notice

The app does not host content

HDO FLIX is a client-side aggregator. Video files, subtitles and artwork are hosted by third parties on the public internet — the app only surfaces links that already exist elsewhere.

For that reason, takedown notices must generally be sent to the party that actually hosts the file. If you cannot reach the host directly and you own the copyright to a title that appears in the app, please contact us so we can filter that entry from our indexing.

How to submit a notice

Please include all of the following:

  1. The title and identifying information of the copyrighted work.
  2. The exact in-app location where it appears (search terms, TMDB ID, or a screenshot).
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number and email.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, and that the use is not authorized.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send

Submit notices via the social links in the footer while we finalize a dedicated legal address.

Counter-notice

If you believe your work was filtered by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice with your contact details and a good-faith statement that the removal was in error.
