HDO FLIX, now on your TV
The same app, built for the remote: a big-screen layout, a clear focus frame on every button, and the same catalog, subtitles and servers. Install it in a few minutes with the free Downloader app.

Which TVs are supported?
Android TV & Google TV
Any TV or box with Google Play and Android 8.0 or newer — for example TVs from Sony, TCL, Philips, Hisense and Xiaomi, Chromecast with Google TV, Google TV Streamer, Mi Box and NVIDIA Shield.
Phones and tablets
The very same APK. Install it once on each device — your phone setup does not change.
Fire TV Stick and Fire TV
Not supported. Amazon devices have no Google Play services, which the app and the player subscription need.
Install with Downloader
Downloader is a free app on Google Play that opens a download by short code — no typing long links with the remote.
Get Downloader from Google Play
On your TV open Google Play, search for Downloader (by AFTVnews), install it and open it.

Enter the code 4673738
Select the address box, type 4673738 with the remote and press Load.

It opens the official download
The code points to the official HDO FLIX release on GitHub — the file is HDOFLIX-V1.2.4.apk.

Wait for the download
The file is about 34 MB. It usually takes a few seconds.

First time only: allow the install
Android blocks installs from new sources by default. Choose Settings.

Turn on Downloader
Switch on Downloader under “Install unknown apps”, then press Back on the remote.

Press Install
Back in Downloader, choose Install. You can press Delete afterwards to free the space.

Confirm — and open HDO FLIX
Confirm the install. HDO FLIX appears in your apps row on the TV home screen.

The player — and the subscription on TV
Pick a title and a server
Press Watch Now, then choose a server. The first time, the app asks you to install the companion player, Video Pulse, from Google Play — accept.

On TV, watching is part of the player subscription
One subscription — monthly or yearly — unlocks watching on Android TV and removes the ads in the player on your phone. Already subscribed on your phone? Sign in to the TV with the same Google account and choose Restore purchases.

Subscribed — it just plays
Once the subscription is active the title opens straight away, with the subtitle picker, quality and server buttons at the top.

HDO FLIX itself stays free. The subscription belongs to the player on TV and renews automatically until you cancel it — you can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
A tour with the remote

Does HDO FLIX work on Android TV?+
Yes. Version 1.2.4 runs on Android TV and Google TV devices with Google Play and Android 8.0 or newer, with a layout made for the remote. Install it with Downloader and code 4673738.
Does it work on Fire TV Stick?+
No. Fire TV devices have no Google Play services, which HDO FLIX and the player subscription need, so the app cannot run there.
Is it free on TV?+
HDO FLIX is free. On a TV, playback runs through the Video Pulse player, which needs its subscription — monthly or yearly. The same subscription removes the player ads on your phone.
Can I use my phone subscription on the TV?+
Yes. Sign in to the TV with the same Google account you subscribed with, open the player and choose Restore purchases.
Downloader says installs from this source are not allowed — what now?+
That is Android asking once for permission. Choose Settings, switch on Downloader under Install unknown apps, press Back and choose Install again.
The code does not open anything — is there another way?+
Type aftv.news/4673738 in the Downloader address box instead of the code. Both open the same official file.
How do updates work on the TV?+
The same way as on the phone: HDO FLIX tells you when a new version is ready and installs it from inside the app.
Install on a phone instead?
The phone guide covers the browser download and the Play Protect message.
